  • 15+ years of proven hands-on engineering experience
  • Confirmed expertise in architecting and delivering sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise customers
  • Specific experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services
  • Strong experience with AI experimentation

Responsibilities

  • Act as an authoritative technical voice with deep expertise in AEM architectural concepts and best practices to guide customers towards enhancing value realization
  • Demonstrate strong customer leadership, hands-on AEM expertise, and AI-first mentality to collaborate with strategic customers on innovative product features for potential general availability
  • Deeply understand customer business use cases and value metrics, using knowledge of latest AEM technologies and early access features to discover new value opportunities
  • Develop technical proof-of-concepts and leverage AI experimentation in collaboration with customer teams to assess and validate business value outcomes
  • Engage with and communicate recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams
  • Work across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of Adobe to the customer
  • Create and share knowledge to scale expertise across the AEM community internally and externally
  • Build software, solve sophisticated customer problems, and make solutions bullet-proof and self-service as part of hands-on product development
  • Promote solutions and guide customers to success
