Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience, ideally within a Product-Led Growth company, with hands-on experience working on complex codebases and a focus on software quality. They must also demonstrate familiarity with Node.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB, and possess the ability to work on transversal technical subjects impacting the codebase.

Responsibilities

The Software Architect will lead tech roadmaps focusing on performance, scalability, and security, experiment with new technologies and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), coach engineers on code organization, technical debt, and feature implementation, contribute to a clean architecture for long-term growth, align R&D on strategic subjects including architecture, stack, organization, roadmap, and objectives, increase team skills through workshops, documentation, and good practices dissemination, support international product expansion, evangelize and train R&D on architectural developments, and onboard new team architects.
