The Social Media Manager will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to elevate Loopio’s presence across key platforms, collaborate with internal teams and employee resource groups to bring Loopio’s culture to life externally, foster and manage external online communities, track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs, stay current on social media trends, develop and implement social-first initiatives, manage social media risks and crisis communication, create original social content, and set and deliver goals for audience development, engagement, and community growth.
