Recorded Future, a world’s most advanced intelligence company, is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to elevate our B2B threat intelligence brand's market presence. This role goes beyond routine content distribution, requiring the development of strategic approaches to foster engagement and establish a distinctive voice in industry discussions. The ideal candidate will be a lateral thinker, capable of navigating between campaign development and content creation, transforming complex concepts into resonant narratives.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in B2B SaaS, preferably cybersecurity.
- Content Creation: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into engaging social content, especially platform-native video.
- B2B Understanding: Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and how social media influences the decision-making process.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics to drive strategy.
- Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft technical content for different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a social media strategy that amplifies the brand's voice in the threat intelligence landscape while supporting business goals.
- Translate technical insights, product launches, and thought leadership into engaging social content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Develop attention-grabbing content that cuts through the noise in the specialized sector.
- Leverage AI tools strategically to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Keep the audience informed with timely, relevant content addressing industry developments and company milestones.
- Use data to understand what’s working, refine the approach, and boost engagement.
- Identify opportunities to position experts in meaningful industry conversations.
- Monitor competitor social media strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing cybersecurity or threat intelligence products to enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations affecting security and intelligence (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience with paid social media campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers.
