  • Write posts, articles, and create basic visuals in Figma or Canva, maintaining consistent voice and style
  • Use generative AI and n8n automations to draft, repurpose, and schedule content for peak performance
  • Schedule posts, monitor channels, engage promptly, and participate credibly in key subreddits
  • Keep G2/Capterra profiles updated, encourage reviews, and turn feedback into content ideas
  • Supply press releases and assets to media partners and influencers to amplify Telnyx news
  • Align social calendars with PMM launches for on-brand, timely promotional posts
  • Prioritize organic tactics; selectively boost top posts and track ROI on modest paid budget
  • Track KPIs in GA4 and platform dashboards, report monthly, and A/B test for optimization
  • Structure content for AI discovery using AEO best practices like clear Q&A formats and schema-friendly snippets
  • Coordinate with design, dev, sales, and support teams; share plans and performance updates
  • Monitor platform changes, experiment with new formats/tools, and keep strategy cutting-edge
