Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social marketing programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Management, Brand, Communications, performance marketing, web and Community
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integrating social strategies into larger marketing plans, working with multiple cross functional partners
  • Champion social for key audiences with a robust understanding of the creative profession and creator audiences
  • Gather and use audience data to build audience-centric strategies that deliver business value
  • Drive platform/channel strategies to achieve brand consistency and optimize audience engagement across social platforms
  • Develop clear creative briefs that inspire world-class social creative
  • Pioneer innovative and new approaches to social marketing designed to drive awareness and product trial/use
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, balancing paid, owned, and earned media efforts
  • Write clear briefs for creatives that inspire and shape great social-first work
  • Partner with Growth & Measurement teams to assess the success of social and influencer initiatives, optimizing for return on investment and impact
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of creativity, partnership, and accountability
  • Supervise social media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve campaign goals
  • Stay ahead of platform innovations to keep our creative applications across mobile, web, and desktop top of mind for social audiences
