Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing leadership to define overall goals, objectives, and KPIs for social media
  • Define and gain consensus on overall social media strategy aligned to goals and objectives
  • Prioritize social media channels and create specific presence and posting strategies for priority channels (including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Work with brand and editorial team to refine existing content and create new content optimized for social media delivery
  • Create and manage social media calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders (corporate communications, brand, events, business units)
  • Create and manage crisis communications processes for social media in conjunction with overall crisis management processes
  • Manage day-to-day operations including planning, monitoring, and measurement; develop standard operating procedures
  • Manage social media team to ensure alignment of resources to needs and continuous development of team capabilities
  • Define, manage, and optimize social media tech stack to ensure ability to manage and monitor social presence
  • Work with marketing analytics teams to measure social media performance
