Requirements

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in community management, customer support, or a related field. Experience using customer support tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or Meta is required, along with strong writing skills for clear, concise, and professional communication. Responsibilities

The Social Community Moderator will actively engage with users across all social platforms, KCL’s app, and website by responding to comments and messages. This role involves sharing KCL deal content, answering couponing and shopping questions, and maintaining positive, on-brand conversations. Responsibilities include flagging technical issues, assisting users with troubleshooting, monitoring community feedback, and communicating user trends, engagement opportunities, and platform issues to internal teams. The moderator will also cross-engage with brands and creators on social media to grow KCL’s presence and build community connections, ensuring all interactions reflect KCL’s brand voice with professionalism and positivity.
