Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work long hours (12-hour shifts), outdoors, overnights, and exposed to extreme weather conditions
Physically able to move/operate equipment and lift 50-100lbs
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and teammates
Timely and reliable attendance
Experience with ATV/snowmobiles preferable
Basic mechanical aptitude preferable
CPR/First Aid certification highly desirable but not required
May require passing background, MVR, or criminal records check

Adjusting systems to maximize snow coverage and quality
Working as part of a team per daily snow plan, involving regular lifting, pulling, and carrying in physically demanding conditions outdoors
