Serves Members in the snack shop, answers questions, and recommends products
Prepares food items for sale using food preparation equipment
Receives and stores food items in the freezer
Keeps food, supply, and dining areas neat and clean; stocks utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, and other items as necessary
Collects money from customers for snack shop purchases
Cleans all cooking equipment and areas exposed to food products
Greets Members and recommends food products for sale
Maintains a clean work environment by following company safety and sanitation procedures
Carries out job functions as assigned and supports flawless execution
Delivers service excellence, resolves member concerns, ensures a safe and positive environment, and commits to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Works as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
