Fluency in Italian is required, along with at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on SMB accounts, or proven top-performing BDR outbound experience. Candidates must have experience owning an EMEA geographical territory or country, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and strong skills in prospecting, pipeline building, account planning, solution-based selling, and territory management. Proficiency in business acumen, negotiation, relationship building, communication, and presentation to C-suite executives is essential, as is the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are also necessary. Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach is preferred.
Manage a territory of target accounts and an existing book of business within the SMB sector (companies up to 1,000 employees). Focus on hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth. Upsell into the existing account base by leveraging Extended Access Management Identity. Own and grow a designated geographical region or country within EMEA, acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging inbound leads. Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including client segmentation, customized messaging, and consistent outbound efforts. Develop pipeline inline with 1Password's Sales Methodology, ensuring high-quality discovery and scoping to maximize 1Password's value to the customer.
