Join Varicent as a Cloud Operations Engineer II, where you’ll support and scale our cloud infrastructure for global clients using our Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with Cloud Engineers, Support, Dev, and QA teams to deploy new features, manage incidents, and drive performance at scale. This role blends automation, hands-on cloud work, and problem-solving in a fast-moving, global team. AWS experience is highly preferred (nearly mandatory).
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing CloudOps team that thrives on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. We move fast, solve big problems, and support each other along the way.
