Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering role with a significant infrastructure component. Proficiency in Python is required, as well as experience integrating with Siemens NX CAD and NXOpen. A strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, best practices like testing and version control, and cloud concepts, particularly AWS services, is essential. Experience designing and managing CI/CD infrastructure, along with strong IT/Ops fundamentals including Linux/Unix administration, virtualization, and networking, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The DevOps Engineer will design, build, and manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure, and develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and reactor simulation workflows. Responsibilities include implementing compliance measures and tooling, enabling CAD infrastructure, and integrating CAD tooling into design and simulation processes. The role also involves monitoring and optimizing system performance, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and contributing to design discussions and technical documentation while collaborating effectively across teams.
