Responsibilities

Gestión del 100% de las actividades de obra
Seguimiento de subcontratos: certificaciones y avance
Gestión de almacenes
Control de HSEQ, con énfasis en la política de Cero Accidentes
Colaboración permanente con cliente, Departamento de Ingeniería y apoyo para soluciones técnicas
Colaboración con compras para adjudicación de subcontratos de obra
Apoyo al seguimiento de la logística de suministros y servicios subcontratados
Controlar estados de avance para cumplimiento de plazo asignados
Aprobar los estados de pago de subcontratas
Reportes periódicos
Commissioning (puesta en marcha)
Orientado a objetivos de cumplimiento de plazo y económicos
Proporcionar liderazgo y coordinación a todos los contratantes, partes y actividades en obra
Responsable de la seguridad, la calidad, seguridad y la gestión de stakeholders
