Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment and leading a blended workforce of W2 and 1099 employees, with preferred experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite, and the ability to lead in an ever-changing environment. Proven track record of being a change agent with improving processes and efficiencies, and the ability to work with fluid schedules, including availability during peak hours and weekends/holidays, is also required. The ability to lift up to 49 pounds is necessary, as is the ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

The Site Manager will plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems, while driving improvements to key performance indicators such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order. They will train and coach associates in the facility to work safely and follow standard work processes, ensuring compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations. The Site Manager is responsible for driving the financial performance of the site by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses, implementing and monitoring Safety and Human Resource compliance, and overseeing asset protection and safety controls. They will develop and implement action plans to improve performance, providing direction and guidance on executing Company programs, and creating and implementing plans to improve the safety, culture, and financial performance of the facility.
