Requirements

Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility and U.S. citizenship. A minimum of 7-10 years of IT and cybersecurity experience in classified environments is required, along with strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and RMF compliance. A Security+ Certification (IAT/IAM Level 2) or equivalent, project leadership experience, and effective communication skills are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Site IT Lead will design, implement, and manage IT networks and systems for SIPR, JWICS, and NIPR environments. This includes leading IT systems architecture to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with RMF, DAAPM, ICD-503, JSIG, and NIST SP 800-171. The role involves partnering with the Security team to develop and implement site security procedures, managing IT projects and upgrades, troubleshooting network incidents, maintaining IT documentation, and mentoring site IT staff.
