Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, reinforcing Waterworks and RH brand values
  • Meet or exceed goals related to lead generation, opportunity development, quotes, and orders
  • Provide consistent reporting on outreach activity, pipeline status, and market insights
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the Waterworks × RH partnership and support the gallery’s overall success
  • Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling (including some nights and weekends) and willingness to travel as required
  • Partner with RH Gallery Leaders and associates to strengthen their ability to sell the Waterworks assortment available on the RH platform
  • Collaborate with the RH team to identify opportunities for Waterworks solutions beyond the RH assortment and support the client connection as needed
  • Serve as the in-gallery Waterworks product expert—supporting consultations, educating the team, and increasing selling confidence
  • Maintain Waterworks visual and brand presentation standards within the RH gallery
  • Establish and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and plumbers across the Newport Beach/Orange County region to generate demand for Waterworks
  • Present the Waterworks product line to trade clients (other duties as assigned)
