Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment, demonstrating a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume setting. Strong expertise in diamonds and jewelry is preferred, and candidates should be independently motivated and well-organized, with availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

The Showroom Manager will consistently meet or exceed quarterly individual and team KPIs, model sales-driven behavior, and cultivate talent through sales training and mentorship, including managing the inbound pipeline, nurturing leads, and closing sales. They will also supervise daily store procedures, such as opening/closing, inventory management, merchandising, security, staffing, supplies ordering, and shipping and receiving, while acting as a subject matter expert in company systems and procedures. Furthermore, the Showroom Manager will partner with VRAI management in hiring, training, and developing Diamond Sales Experts, collaborate with VRAI marketing and product teams on product launches and events, and seek continuous improvement of systems and practices to optimize client experiences.
