Candidates must have proven experience and/or certification with Workday Benefits, with Workday Compensation being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role, including consulting, account management, or client success, is required. At least 5 years of experience in enterprise management solutions, such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP, is also necessary. Strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, and deployment, along with deep domain knowledge in Workday functional areas and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are essential.
Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, advising on Benefits and Compensation, and understanding touchpoints across Payroll, Finance, Time Tracking, Absence, Integrations, and emerging product capabilities. Develop strategic solutions by identifying risks, evaluating options, and recommending mitigation approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to configure and test Workday updates. Manage multiple workstreams with limited oversight, communicating progress, changes, and risks to clients and teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to consultants and analysts. Lead the resolution of client tickets and initiatives by driving decisions and recommending best practices. Achieve utilization targets and contribute to internal post-production initiatives. Engage in ongoing training and share expertise across the organization. Execute day-to-day activities including process design, lifecycle support, and post-implementation reviews. Support business development efforts through opportunity identification and proposal creation. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
