Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field, and have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store or Shopify Plus environment. Proven success in growing DTC or omnichannel e-commerce revenue via Shopify is required, along with a strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and experience with digital advertising tools like Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Shopify E-Commerce Lead will own and manage the pharmacy’s Shopify store, including daily operations, product merchandising, and content updates, while developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, patient retention, and overall site performance with a focus on regulatory compliance. They will implement and manage third-party Shopify apps and integrations, optimise the customer journey by improving site UX/UI, load speed, and checkout flow, analyse site and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Reports, and coordinate cross-functionally with customer support, logistics, design, and development to ensure a seamless e-commerce operation. Additionally, they will lead A/B testing, CRO efforts, and site personalisation initiatives, and stay up-to-date with Shopify platform updates and industry trends.
