Position Overview

Workday is seeking a Healthcare Services Sales Executive to join our Professional Services organization. This role is crucial for driving business development activities within the Healthcare vertical, with a specific focus on Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions. You will be a key member of the Workday Field Services team, collaborating with Workday Account Executives to drive Workday Subscription sales in the Healthcare market segment. Your primary objective will be to act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, ensuring their success by developing deployment strategies and plans that align with their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, manage, and execute all Professional Services business development activities within the Healthcare market segment.
  • Drive and support sales cycles by engaging with customers to develop deployment strategies and plans that meet their requirements.
  • Lead detailed and sophisticated sales processes, including preparing estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Use consulting sales and project delivery experience to help prospects create successful project plans, including resources, timelines, and costs.
  • Employ effective selling strategies to position Workday’s SaaS Solutions and Platform technologies as the efficient, modern alternative.
  • Champion Workday's innovative deployment methodology.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs to successfully position the value of Workday's offerings.
