Candidates should possess direct experience in Life Sciences and/or Quality, including a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a sales or consulting role. Strong knowledge of Veeva’s Quality Cloud solutions and the life sciences industry is essential, along with the ability to structure implementation approaches and set customer expectations.
The Services Engagement Manager will be responsible for setting Quality Cloud customers up for success, representing the entire value proposition of the implementation, and serving as an integral part of the sales cycle and project delivery. This includes developing and delivering Proposals and Statements of Work, recommending implementation partners, and aligning the team prior to project start. The SEM will also manage RFx responses, provide awareness of the partner ecosystem, and position Managed Services support to ensure a successful customer experience, with a travel estimate of less than 25%.
