Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated experience testing cloud-based SaaS products with web and mobile interfaces in an Agile, Kanban, or Scrum development environment. Proven experience leading a global team of automated and manual QA professionals is required, along with deep knowledge of QA best practices and methodologies and experience building automated testing processes and best practices in a CI/CD environment. Proficiency in standard industry tools for QA and QA automation is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Director, Quality Assurance, you will architect, implement, and document comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the quality of Trella Health’s products. You will lead and inspire a global team of QA professionals, drive innovation in testing solutions, collaborate with engineering leaders, and work closely with Engineering and DevOps to drive an ‘automation first’ strategy. You will define and maintain KPIs & SLAs, identify bottlenecks, monitor and adjust processes, and focus on continuous improvement by setting up processes to track issues and incorporate learnings to prevent recurring issues. Additionally, you will drive the use of automation to accelerate and improve regression testing and be forward-thinking about the use of AI to support the goal of higher quality and responsible resource allocation.
