Requirements

The Quality Engineering Manager should possess 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with deep hands-on experience in automation across UI, API, microservices, and mobile platforms. Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, ReadyAPI, Katalon Studio, Mabl, and mobile test frameworks is required, along with a strong grasp of Agile SDLC and a track record of creating and reviewing high-quality test documentation and deliverables. Experience with testing microservices-based systems and API-first architectures is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing QE team across multiple workstreams, providing technical guidance and career growth opportunities. You will drive test automation strategy and execution across various platforms, own and improve the release process, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to promote shift-left testing and seamless SDLC integration. You will oversee functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security testing, champion the use of GenAI tools to streamline testing workflows, and ensure the creation, review, and maintenance of test deliverables. Additionally, you will apply a deep understanding of Agile-aligned SDLC processes, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, plan and manage resources, and assist with POCs for Autmation/Gen AI tools.
