Strong knowledge of Veeva product offerings and the Life Sciences industry is essential, along with experience in developing and delivering Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) will be responsible for setting Quality Cloud customers up for success, acting as a solution expert during the sales cycle and project delivery, and structuring the right implementation approach. Key duties include developing and delivering Proposals and Statements of Work, setting customer and internal stakeholder expectations, providing awareness and alignment with the partner ecosystem, and potentially recommending implementation partners.
