Candidates should possess direct experience in Life Sciences and/or Quality, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of Veeva product offerings and experience with Software Implementation is required, along with the ability to structure implementation approaches and set appropriate customer expectations.
The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) will be responsible for setting Quality Cloud customers up for success, representing the entire value proposition and effort behind a Quality Cloud Implementation. This role involves developing and delivering Proposals and Statements of Work for Quality implementations, setting customer and internal stakeholder expectations, providing awareness and alignment with the partner ecosystem, and potentially recommending implementation partners. The SEM will also assist in staffing, timeframes, and associated costs for projects, as well as travel for up to 25% of the time.
