Trade qualified in a mechanical and/or electrical fitting environment, preferably with a diesel leaning

Responsibilities

Service Xylem customers in the field, traveling to various sites across the Goldfields Region
Repair Xylem equipment (primarily Godwin diesel pump sets) in the field and workshop
Carry out duties within the workshop when not required to attend to field service
Coordinate workloads with Service Supervisor
Manage a service vehicle
Communicate directly with customers to recommend improvements, upgrades, and solutions
Train and support other employees
Liaise with manager to provide direction and support to the team
Prepare service reports and updates
Inspect and test products prior to dispatch to customers
Carry out on-site servicing of Xylem products and emergency work on pumping and associated equipment on customer sites
