The Service Recovery Operations Assistant will rectify issues with missing, inaccurate information, and damaged parcels. They will investigate issues and liaise closely with stakeholders to assess and resolve them according to company procedures. Additionally, they will handle complaints within the appropriate time frame while maintaining excellent service level standards and repackaging damaged parcels when required.
