Responsibilities

  • Gestión de relación con el cliente: Mantener comunicación fluida y estratégica, incluyendo revisiones de estado y gestión de recursos
  • Control de cambios en alcance: Administrar solicitudes de nuevas tareas, modificaciones y ajustes en SLAs/KPIs
  • Ejecución y cumplimiento del servicio: Supervisar la entrega y asegurar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario
  • Gestión de riesgos e incidencias: Identificar, mitigar y dar seguimiento a riesgos y cambios regulatorios, tecnológicos o de negocio
  • Interlocución con el cliente: Liderar implementación de procesos, cambios y reportes, garantizando gobernanza adecuada
  • Gestión de capacidad y recursos: Alinear capacidad del servicio con la demanda, administrar cargas de trabajo y escalar riesgos
  • Mejora continua: Impulsar optimización de procesos mediante tecnología y eficiencia operativa
  • Reuniones de gobernanza: Coordinar encuentros de seguimiento, asegurando trazabilidad y confianza entre las partes
