Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical and strategic level management and leadership to field service professionals at a larger site and/or multiple locations
  • Manage attraction, retention, engagement, performance, and development of field service professionals
  • Set department budgets and manage expenses
  • Participate in workforce planning
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues
  • Translate customer requirements into workforce plans and objectives
  • Create onsite visibility into KPIs and metrics and provide input to management
  • Effectively apply all technical and operational requirements
  • Leverage region-wide resources and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful customer and business outcomes
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
  • Take care of company property
  • Define and drive proactive customer management, employee management, safety management, interpersonal relationships, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
  • Be agile in responding quickly to customer issues
  • Perform operational and strategic management
  • Exercise autonomy to make decisions that impact divisional and cross-functional/commercial span of control
