Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Server Install Base renewal & expansion services business growth and Orders performance
  • Partner with Compute and HPC-AI Portfolio teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our service offerings, methodologies and delivery models. Ensure services offering are competitive, maximize the revenue potential, and are aligned with industry best practices
  • Partner with Operational Services GTM team to deliver business and market intelligence and creative sales programs to our sales community
  • Foster long-term strategic partnership to drive account growth and client satisfaction
  • Provide thought leadership on Services trends, emerging technologies and best practices within industry and across the regions
  • Define and track key performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure customer success and net dollar retention for Compute
  • Liaise with Service Delivery to optimize service expansion potential and engagement with customers
  • Key Advisor to executive management in Compute, HPC-AI and CSLV on strategic direction of business including, but not limited to, automation of the sales cycle for both direct and indirect sales motion
  • Balances short term with long term strategies and resource investment. Design profitable, customer centric, executable programs which improve our customer and sale experience
