Role Summary

The Senior Web Experience Manager will focus on optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), advancing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, and managing our Content Management System (CMS) to scale marketing and content operations. This role requires a critical eye, the ability to challenge assumptions, and a data-backed approach to testing and initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Engineering teams to enhance Deel’s web presence and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own Deel.com’s conversion performance metrics across core marketing pages.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing via Optimizely, collaborating with our CRO agency to identify high-impact opportunities and recommend data-driven experiments.
  • Collaborate with analytics to interpret Amplitude data for optimization hypotheses and validate test outcomes.
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to iterate on layout, messaging, and flow based on conversion goals.
  • Make tactical changes to forms, CTAs, layouts, and messaging to enhance conversion flows.
  • Identify friction points using tools like Amplitude and execute fixes and enhancements.
  • Consistently critique the website from the perspective of a prospective customer.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Website SEO & Content Manager for on-page SEO efforts using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/SEMRush.
  • Perform regular audits to uncover crawl, indexation, and internal linking issues.
  • Drive the optimization of content structure, metadata, and schema to improve organic rankings and user intent satisfaction.
  • Implement optimized metadata, structured content, and internal linking.
  • Support audit implementation, resolve crawl/index issues, and ensure site health.
  • Refresh and enhance website content.
