The Senior Web Experience Manager will focus on optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), advancing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, and managing our Content Management System (CMS) to scale marketing and content operations. This role requires a critical eye, the ability to challenge assumptions, and a data-backed approach to testing and initiatives. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Engineering teams to enhance Deel’s web presence and performance.
