Requirements

The Senior Web Experience Manager should possess a strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, with experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing using tools like Optimizely. They should also have expertise in analyzing website data using tools such as Amplitude, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/SEMRush, and be proficient in working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and collaborating with UX/UI designers.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Web Experience Manager, you will focus on optimizing Deel.com’s conversion performance metrics across core marketing pages, leading A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-impact opportunities, and collaborating with analytics to interpret data and inform optimization hypotheses. You will partner with UX/UI designers to iterate on website design and messaging, critique the website consistently with a customer's perspective, and collaborate with the Senior Website SEO & Content Manager to drive on-page SEO efforts. Additionally, you will perform regular audits to uncover crawl, indexation, and internal linking issues, and implement optimized metadata and structured content to improve organic rankings and user intent satisfaction.
