The Senior Web Analyst supports the Colibri Group analytics team by managing and maintaining accurate data collection processes, cleaning and organizing data, and developing actionable reports to guide strategic decisions. This role ensures data integrity, supports troubleshooting efforts, and drives the creation of insights that enhance marketing and business outcomes. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Analytics, this position plays a critical role in fostering a data-informed culture and improving the efficiency of our digital marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with advanced web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
    • Statistical analysis experience (e.g., two-proportion z-test).
    • Experience with digital funnel analyses and multi-touch attribution modeling.
    • Hands-on experience with Matomo and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including Enhanced eCommerce tracking and data layer customization.
    • Troubleshooting and debugging skills for data inconsistencies.
    • Experience with Power BI for data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
    • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, SEM, email, programmatic advertising).
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
