Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience working with advanced web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Matomo, or Adobe Analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging custom dimensions, segments, and Enhanced eCommerce features. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Power BI to collect, clean, and publish reports, dashboards, and semantic models is required. Experience in mixed media modeling to integrate online and offline data sources for comprehensive marketing analysis is also necessary. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Web Analyst will manage and maintain accurate data collection processes, cleaning and organizing data, and developing actionable reports to guide strategic decisions. They will leverage advanced analytical techniques and tools, such as SQL, Python, or R, to process and analyze large datasets for high-impact business insights. The role involves conducting statistical analysis to understand the significance of results, conducting comprehensive digital funnel analyses, serving as a technical expert on Matomo and Google Analytics 4, supporting complex debugging and troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and compliance best practices are upheld.
