Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, and 5-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting with a strong focus on Tableau and data visualization best practices. Deep expertise in SQL and Snowflake for querying and analyzing large datasets is required, along with familiarity with Sigma and/or NetSuite data for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will design, build, and maintain sophisticated Tableau dashboards to track and report on key business metrics across sales, marketing, and services teams, generate point-in-time reports, facilitate real-time analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture reporting requirements, leverage SQL and Snowflake to extract and analyze data, present complex data insights to stakeholders, conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, and continuously enhance dashboard usability and functionality.
