Experience with the VA Design System and AI-powered tools for UX is also necessary.
The Senior UX Researcher / Designer will lead user research using various methodologies, own the research process, and communicate research and design visions. Responsibilities include creating design deliverables, collaborating with product managers and engineers, integrating AI tools into the design lifecycle, and supporting company-wide design and research practices. They will also work with the product roadmap, evolve user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines.
