Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of hands-on UX research experience in product organizations and a portfolio showcasing research that has directly influenced digital products at scale. Fluency across generative and evaluative methods, experience in agile environments, strong communication and storytelling skills, and a strategic mindset are required. Business-level Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Researcher will lead research to inform product direction and design decisions, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. They will plan and conduct research using various qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, synthesize findings, and communicate them clearly to drive alignment and reduce product risk. Responsibilities also include establishing research best practices, tooling, and processes, and shaping how user perspectives are integrated into product development from concept through iteration.
