Responsibilities

  • Planning design research programmes – helping teams to plan and organise research objectives
  • Research mindset – embedding continual research as part of build, measure, learn in product teams
  • Joined-up research approach – working with other leaders and disciplines to ensure experimentation is part of Code’s design research DNA
  • Producing tools – developing design deliverables and structures to inform product thinking based on gathered insights
  • Making effective decisions – using sound judgment, data, evidence, and insight to arrive at accurate and professional decisions
  • Collaborative working – working with other disciplines and clients to define research programmes
  • Seeing the big picture – ensuring research activity contributes to the wider product strategy and adds customer and commercial value
  • Commercial experience design – balancing user goals and business objectives
