Requirements

8+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 4 years in a design leadership or management role (leading 3 or more designers)
Proven experience designing for complex systems, enterprise platforms, or data-intensive products
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems (must); AI orientation (knowledge and experience) is a plus
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with design systems, including building, maintaining, and scaling them (must)
An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking, intelligent design execution, and impactful product work (must)
Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and guide design direction
A team-first mindset with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and creative problem-solving ability
A strategic and user-centered approach that connects design execution to product and business impact
Deep understanding of user experience research, including the ability to guide, integrate, and act on UXR insights throughout the design process

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a talented team of UX and product designers across key product areas
Define and maintain high design standards across the product experience to ensure clarity, consistency, and innovation
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate complex data challenges into intuitive and elegant user experiences
Own the full design process from discovery and concept to high fidelity prototyping and delivery
Align design direction with business goals and user needs through data-informed decision making
Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, transparency, and continuous learning
