Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 4 years in a design leadership or management role (leading 3 or more designers)
- Proven experience designing for complex systems, enterprise platforms, or data-intensive products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems (must); AI orientation (knowledge and experience) is a plus
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with design systems, including building, maintaining, and scaling them (must)
- An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking, intelligent design execution, and impactful product work (must)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and guide design direction
- A team-first mindset with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and creative problem-solving ability
- A strategic and user-centered approach that connects design execution to product and business impact
- Deep understanding of user experience research, including the ability to guide, integrate, and act on UXR insights throughout the design process
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a talented team of UX and product designers across key product areas
- Define and maintain high design standards across the product experience to ensure clarity, consistency, and innovation
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate complex data challenges into intuitive and elegant user experiences
- Own the full design process from discovery and concept to high fidelity prototyping and delivery
- Align design direction with business goals and user needs through data-informed decision making
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, transparency, and continuous learning
