Responsibilities

Define and drive a cohesive UX strategy and design vision across Apollo’s GTM platform
Champion user-centered design and advocate for simple, intuitive, and outcome-oriented experiences
Raise the bar for design quality across interaction, visual, and system design
Leverage emerging technologies and AI to improve product usability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Translate complex workflows into seamless, scalable experiences that drive retention and growth
Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of designers and design leaders
Foster a collaborative, high-performing design culture
Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate design into product planning, roadmaps, and delivery
Establish clear UX success metrics and measure design’s impact
Oversee the design process from discovery to delivery
Strengthen design systems
