Responsibilities
The Associate, Promotion Operations will manage Promo issue tickets, build and improve internal processes, and provide feedback on promotions, referral incentives, and rewards. Responsibilities include collaborating with Client Experience, Growth, R&D, Engineering, Core Operations, and Data Science teams to improve processes. The role involves implementing and monitoring operational metrics, creating and optimizing business processes for efficiency and error reduction, and making data-driven recommendations. Additionally, the Associate will proactively identify and address roadblocks, act as a catalyst for cross-functional projects, and manage project plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and metrics.
