Compliance in promoting approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets
Knowledge of emerging data for approved indications and real-time medical support via Medical on Call

Responsibilities

Promote approved indications of BMS products within territory/region to meet or exceed sales targets compliantly
Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients in a balanced manner
Maintain/grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas
Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
Proactively use tools like CE^3 to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback to leadership
Demonstrate scientific expertise using approved resources/publications for fair & balanced dialogue with HCPs
Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with label
Organize external speaker programs using approved Speakers Bureau list, handling scheduling/logistics
Engage real-time medical support through Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex inquiries
Proactively collaborate with other field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs
Prioritize safe/appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results, performance objectives, and BMS values
