  • Capability to prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
  • Knowledge of emerging data for approved indications and approved scientific resources/publications
  • Compliance with promoting approved indications in a balanced, medically accurate manner

Responsibilities

  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within the territory to meet or exceed sales targets compliantly
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients
  • Maintain and grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans; proactively use tools like CE^3 for insights and dynamic call plans
  • Provide feedback on tool usage to leadership for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate scientific expertise in fair and balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns)
  • Organize external speaker programs using approved Speakers Bureau list, handling scheduling and logistics
  • Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex inquiries
  • Proactively collaborate with other field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs
  • Prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results, performance objectives, and BMS values
