  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in medical devices business
  • Proven performance 2-3 years
  • Experience in selling neurovascular products is essential
  • Familiar with CathLabs
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic

  • Actively look for clinical improvements
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of products and associated procedures
  • Hold credible clinical conversations at all levels and position products accordingly
  • Adopt a true consultative approach, adding value and inspiring confidence in theatre
  • Act as an advisor to clinical customers and a true resource to the team
  • Act with integrity and reactively deliver on commitments within required timescales
  • Regularly exceed customer expectations and proactively suggest improvements
  • Independently plan activity and justify based on strong business reasons
  • Use consultative sales techniques to develop business
  • Detail a number of options for customers to raise finance for purchases
  • Demonstrate detailed understanding of the commercial workings of the government and private sector to leverage business opportunities
  • Show evidence of ability to win market share from competitors
  • Develop opportunities for cross-franchise colleagues to win business
  • Support more junior sales reps in their sales process
  • Support RSM with tendering proposals
  • Develop Assoc Sales Rep & Sales Rep in their ability to sell to customers
  • Undertake mentoring projects independently, checking in with RSM as appropriate
  • Seek to understand developmental needs of group and take action to address
  • Work under limited supervision and instruction of more experienced staff
  • Take on informal leadership role within projects of significance
  • Collaborate with CFT/SME in determining deliverables
  • Independently determine and develop approach to solutions
  • Demonstrate developing sales leadership skills inter-departmentally
  • Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers in area of responsibility and maintain continuity
  • Identify the right contacts and initiate connections
  • Track trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in area of responsibility and report to manager
  • Plan, implement and report customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with business targets and customer demands
  • Evaluate requests for proposals from customers/partners and prepare a complete list of materials according to customer needs
  • Carry out delivery and installation of materials, provide post-sales user training and attend surgery cases
