Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the genetic analysis market, particularly within the Shandong/Tianjin/Heibei/Shanxi region. Proven ability to develop and maintain high-value customer accounts, utilize CRM databases, and provide accurate sales forecasts are essential. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders are also required.
The Senior Territory Account Manager will represent the company professionally, ethically, and morally, ensuring achievement of territory sales objectives through strategic and tactical activities. They will develop high-value customer accounts by selling Illumina’s products and services, participate in sales activities, provide customer demonstrations and training, coordinate sales activities, develop and maintain account details in the CRM database, provide regular sales forecasts, assist with territory planning, maintain relationships with internal customers and product development groups, establish a comprehensive database of users, identify trends in usage, spend a significant amount of time in the field developing customer relationships, negotiate genetic analysis sales, assist with recruitment, and aid in the development of new sales territories.
