They should be adept at analyzing recruiting metrics and market data to refine strategies and provide feedback to hiring managers, while also demonstrating flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset are crucial for building trust and acting as a strategic partner in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will build a high-velocity recruiting engine to efficiently identify and recruit top talent, manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles and teams, and create positive candidate experiences. Responsibilities include developing creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and exceptional team, continuously improving recruiting processes for greater efficiency, and scheduling intake meetings, opening positions in the ATS, posting descriptions, designing interview processes, and configuring interview plans within 72 hours of receiving a position. The recruiter will also conduct 5-10 recruiter screens and the first sync within the first week of opening a position.
