Familiarity with security clearance processes is also required.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle technical recruitment for specialized roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand team needs and talent strategies. They will source candidates using various techniques, screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. The recruiter will develop recruitment strategies that support company growth while ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring. Additionally, they will maintain knowledge of trends in the industry, build relationships with candidates, track recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with defense industry regulations.
