Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, project, or program management, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred knowledge includes a track record of driving process improvement and/or change management, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, strong analytical skills, and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in healthcare technology, SDLC, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps principles is also preferred, along with familiarity with cloud platforms and experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure infrastructure performance and delivery success.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, this role will drive the creation, tracking, and communication of strategic quarterly plans, manage program operations and complex project management, implement governance structures to manage risks and drive decision-making, and contribute to organization-wide initiatives to lessen operational burden. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to align goals with business strategy, develop and implement plans prioritizing initiatives, manage risks and control plans, evaluate progress against KPIs, facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, and tailor technical communications for diverse audiences. Additionally, the role will contribute to the Developer Platform and Production Engineering teams by ensuring security, governance, and developer experience, and supporting infrastructure operations and reliability.
