Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience building and scaling community, marketing, or other operational programs in the tech industry, ideally within data or developer-facing organizations. Strong operational skills, including the ability to spin up, run, and scale multi-part programs with a systems mindset, are required, as is experience working across hybrid formats such as digital programs, global in-person activations, and related experiences.
The Senior Community Program Operations Manager will co-develop quarterly roadmaps with the Head of Community and DX, overseeing and supporting the execution of core community programs, building repeatable, scalable systems, and serving as a leadership presence within the community team. They will also collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure community efforts are aligned, supported, and impactful, partnering with internal data and operations teams to define success metrics and report on program health, and own the day-to-day orchestration of the community roadmap.
