Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, and demonstrate proficiency in JIRA administration, workflow management, schema updates, and general hygiene. A strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management best practices is required, along with experience working with engineering teams and an understanding of software architecture, development tools, and technologies. PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Program Manager will guide technical programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities, continuously look for ways to improve and streamline processes and overall team collaboration, collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and design to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, work with engineering and product to maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, identify and mitigate risks and obstacles, drive the execution of Agile development processes, guide the team on best practices for regular project meetings, manage project dependencies, and report on program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
