Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in project or program management within a technical or engineering setting. Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables is essential, as is proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana. A strong understanding of critical prioritization frameworks, basic data analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong organizational and time management skills are also required. The ability to pass federal background checks and obtain an airport security badge is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and milestones. This role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria, while developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Responsibilities include implementing critical prioritization frameworks, utilizing project management tools to track progress, and facilitating meetings to drive accountability and continuous improvement. The TPM will proactively identify and resolve project issues, develop standardized processes to enhance team efficiency, and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. Staying updated on industry trends in robotics and program management is also key.
